XBMC is an open source, cross platform, skinable media center. In development for years now, the first release marked as a stable branching point was released today. XBMC skins allow you you view fan art, movie/tv show synopsis, song info, and more, automatically downloading the details from an Internet connection machine. Team-XBMC announce the following: Team-XBMC is proud to announce the cross-platform release of XBMC Media Center for Linux, Mac OS X (Leopard, Tiger, and Apple TV), Windows, and Xbox, code named ‘Atlantis‘.
